Per the Updated COVID-19 Standards- Child Care Centers shall ensure that staff wear their masks appropriately. On the day of the inspection staff were observed on the playground without their masks on their person. It was 80 degrees which allows staff to have their mask off, but it needs to be on their person so tat it can be easily put in when coming into close contact with the children. The staff person stated that they had left it inside the building and did not know they needed to have the mask on them. Additionally another staff person had her mask on under her nose while working with the children inside the classroom. Retrain the staff on proper mask usage, and submit retraining document with staff signatures to OOL.		 Yes
