Cease using the outdoor play area and resume outdoor walks or submit an amended and or new letter from the DEP to include the play area. The current letter from the DEP states that the child care center does not have a playground and if changes were made a new letter would need to be acquired. The center initially did not have a playground and started using one within the last few years. 4/3/19: Submit an action plan to the Office of Licensing indicating the anticipated date that the playground will be added by the DEP or submit a letter indicating that the playground will no longer be used and that the children will take walks.
