At the time of the inspection the center had a huge inflatable slide that they were using as a water slide in the parking lot. This inflatable is not intended for child care use and does not meet the required ASTM F1487 code for climbing equipment. Additionally, the inflatable was placed over asphalt. There was no resilient surface to brace the fall of a child in a safe manner. The center furthermore placed this inflatable in an active parking lot without establishing vehicular barriers to protect the children from cars coming into the parking lot. Cease the use. Center unplugged the inflatable at the time of the inspection. Violation abated.		 Yes

Ensure that all food and beverages provided by the center comply with the minimum CACFP standards. At the time of the inspection in room 7 children were given varying amounts of food. Staff person serving food did not give enough food to some children and too much to others. Children that were provided food from home and did not want to eat it were not offered anything else. Staff did not ensure that children were eating an adequate amount of food. Additionally children were asking for more of some food and there was not enough and staff did not request more from the kitchen. The children were not provided with any specific amount. Therefore, center shall ensure that food amounts as per CACFP standards are followed and if children request more that they are provided with more. Any concerns regarding food, whether child is over eating (asking for much more than what is recommended for their age group) or not eating enough need to be communicated with their parent(s).		 Yes
