A direct care staff cleaned the floor during the inspection. The hole in the Waddesdon Bluff bathroom wall is still there however the operation purchased a protective plate during the inspection. The operation has a meeting with a contractor on 06-18-2024 to repair paint chipping on the wall. The Tavern Oaks bathroom wall felt stronger and there was less of an odor in the bathroom. The inspector observed the outside areas of both houses clean with no brush. Air vents, tile and the kithcen cabinet were in compliance.
