A van for more than eight passengers was purchased January of 2022 but was not equipped with an electronic child safety alarm system. Driver confirmed she has been transporting children in this van since it was purchased. Another van's Child Safety Alarm system was not in operation. Person in charge indicated the van was taken to get serviced and the alarm was disconnected. Person in charge confirmed the van has been used to transport children. |
