Through review of video, it was determined a caregiver picked up a child by placing their right hand under the child's left armpit and their left hand around the child's right bicep/tricep. The caregiver carried the child approximately six feet then set the child down on a seat. When the child tried to get up from the seat, the caregiver grabbed and pulled on the child?s upper left arm to force the child to sit back down. |
