Based on the information obtained from the DFPS investigation, a school age caregiver did not interacting with children in a positive manner when the caregiver was cursing at the children and threated to whip them. Based on the information obtained from the DFPS investigation, good judgement was not implemented when a school age child was placed in the school age classroom for redirection purposes although there was a adult not responsible for a group of children they sent them with the assistant director whom was in the infant classroom. It is also confirmed that a caregiver was using their personal cellphone to send text messages to another employee informing them of an altercation at the operation instead of possibly intervening it. |
