Based on the video, it was determined that positive methods of discipline were not used when a caregiver yanked a child several times by one arm as the child was upset after morning drop off and was trying to walk away as the caregiver was talking to her. The caregiver was seen tossing the child inside of a tent area that had pillows located in the room. Note: The operation immediately terminated the caregiver. |
