Ensure all sinks supply hot water. Hot water was not available in the sinks other than the kitchen. The kitchen sink had hot water that exceeds 120 degrees Fahrenheit. The one-year-old bathroom trashcan needs a lid. Ensure exits are unobstructed. The exit to the playground in the preschool classroom was obstructed with a pole between the door and the push handle preventing it from opening. Clean the walls and toys in the school-age classroom. Repair the thermostat with exposed wires next to the changing table in the one-year-old classroom. |
